DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO DOWNTOWN LOWELL:
From Route 495 (Exit 35C) or Route 3 (Exit 30A if traveling southbound, Exit 30B if traveling northbound) to Thorndike Street (Exit 5B). Follow "National Park Visitor Center" signs into downtown Lowell. The Lowell National Historical Park Visitor Center is at 246 Market Street, right next to the Leo Roy Parking Facility (see below).

Parking is $8 for the day.

Metered street parking is also available in downtown Lowell from 8AM to 6PM, Monday - Saturday
Meters are not in effect on Sundays. Meters are .25 per 15 minutes.

Lowell Regional Transit Authority (LRTA)

Take the "Downtown Circulator" bus from the LRTA station.
